Mood Archive allows you to choose mood emojis, write journal notes, and review mood trends.

Your mood check-ins and journal notes are stored locally on your device. We do not store your mood records or journal notes on our servers.

When you use AI Mood Support, the messages you enter may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate responses.

How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App
• To store and display local mood check-ins and journal notes
• To provide AI chat responses
• To generate mood trends and simple reflections
• To show and measure ads
• To analyze usage and improve product performance
• To detect, prevent, and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues

Local Storage and Data Deletion

Mood check-ins and journal notes are stored locally on your device. Mood Archive does not provide an account system or cloud sync for this information.

You can delete locally stored information by using the App’s data deletion or clear data feature, if available, or by uninstalling the App.

AI Features

Mood Archive uses third-party AI service providers to power AI Mood Support. When you send a message in the AI chat feature, your message may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers.

AI Mood Support is designed for self-reflection, journaling support, and general emotional expression. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or treatment.

Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

Mood Archive may use third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob for advertising
• Firebase services for analytics, diagnostics, and app performance monitoring
• Meta SDK for advertising attribution and event measurement
• Third-party AI service providers for AI chat responses

Data Sharing

We do not sell your mood records or journal notes.

We may share information with service providers and third-party partners only as needed to operate, maintain, analyze, advertise, and improve the App.

Data Retention

Mood check-ins and journal notes remain on your device unless you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

AI chat messages may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses. We do not intentionally store AI chat messages for long-term use on our own servers.

Children’s Privacy

Mood Archive is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

• Delete local mood records and journal notes through the App
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored App data
• Manage ad tracking permissions through your iOS device settings
• Reset or limit use of your advertising identifier
• Contact us with privacy-related questions

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information related to the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because AI chat messages may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers, please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into the AI chat feature.
